Started in the year 2006, We are a boutique law firm specialized in the field of verification of legal documents, drafting and vetting of sale agreements, sale deeds, lease and license deeds, rental agreements, joint development agreements, general power of attorneys, WILL and all other deeds, MOUs, affidavits, relating to property matters.
We also undertake registration of all kinds of residential plots, commercial buildings, agricultural lands, industrial lands and also undertake conversion of agricultural land into non agricultural purpose. We also liaison with statutory government for obtaining all kinds of approval for layouts, building license and transfer of revenue documents etc.
Along with the above specialization, we provide regular corporate legal advice and litigation support before all courts in and around Karnataka. Our clientele includes large multinational companies like Bosch, 3M, HUDCO and Banking sectors which includes, Canara bank, Catholic Syrian Bank, etc.
